Centred Soul is a Newry based profit with purpose organisation. We have THE SHOP, THE STUDIO & THE THERAPY ROOMS. We offer services and supports, conventional and alternative, such as counselling, peer led support meetups, yoga, laughter yoga and music therapy, all under one roof. We have a particular passion for supporting those affected by Perinatal Mental Illness, Birth Trauma, Pregnancy and Infant Loss. Our space works on a pay it forward ethos, so we can offer funded and part funded services.

With 17 years experience in learning and development, I have created a one stop shop for businesses and individuals to develop their skills and excel in today's marketplace. Located in Northern Ireland we are proud to include 5 Star Hotels, Hospitality Chains, Local Government and Manufacturers in our list of Clients.
